A Future Homes Fund

a £5 billion Future Homes Fund to build 125,000 homes for first time buyers

A Labour government will create a £5 billion Future Homes Fund to build 125,000 homes for first time buyers over the course of the next parliament, making the fading dream of home ownership a reality for families and young people across Britain.

This is just part Labour’s comprehensive housing plan, the first housing plan for a generation.

Labour will:

  • Get more homes built: 200,000 a year by 2020
  • Help more people onto the property ladder
  • Give renters a fairer deal
  • Making affordable and social housing a priority for capital investment so that government spending on this key issue moves from benefits to bricks.
